We offer semi-finished products made out of PEEK and PCTFE.

Our  PEEK semi-finished products for example are prepared for further industrial processing and offer great impact resistance and robustness. The product portfolio includes solid and hollow rods, panels and panel blanks. A wide selection of PEEK semi-finished products is always available from our stock, even in small amounts of just one metre.
The semi-finished products are mechanically further processed – by turning, milling, drilling, and sawing – in order to produce finished parts. The resulting seals, threads, ball and plain bearings, and so on, can be used wherever mechanical stability at high temperatures is required and they are increasingly replacing metal components.

The areas of application include wind power plants, medical engineering, machine construction, generator construction and heat exchangers.

Polyether ether ketone, widely known with the name of PEEK, is a thermo-plastic and semi-crystalline polymer with high mechanical and thermal features. This material can be manufactured through injection molding, compression or by extrusion.
